lml, The issue of whether she abused her discretion will be decided by the Florida State Supreme Court. There is not a single judge on that court appointed by a Republican. They were all appointed by Chiles. They will weigh the argument about finality against the argument for a full and accurate recount and the latter will prevail. It is more fun to post here than watch my NT stock which is presently getting crushed. I hope I am a better political pundit than I am at picking tech stocks. <g>
