From the Yahoo Aware thread: messages.yahoo.com A friend of mine was at the UBS presentation today and Aware management stated quite clearly during the presentation that Alcatel will be sourcing chips from 3rd parties. This is something Never Wrong was talking about back in June and Stephens mentioned a couple of months ago. Considering Alcatel was expected ship 11-12 million chips this year that's a ton of marketshare to be redistributed and definitely not in any of the analysts' projections. ADI, Infineon and some of Aware's other customers should benefit big time. Perry P.
