For the people who live in the great SF Bay Area, I have a tough question to ask you all and a recommendation. I know that at the end I have to make the final decision.

Would you say it is a good strategy to sell QCOM stock today and use it to buy a real estate property?

I wonder which would give a better return 5 years down the road.
