Duncan, NBR said nearly 2.5 shares of CU would be exchanged for 1 share of HFS...the exact exchange is 2.4031 shares...also HFS has done a great job at creating brand names for Americans ie Century21, Ramada Inn, etc... and CU may see this as a great opportunity for brand-name recognition...as well as a great population base....
