Ms. Harris, Adios! Events of the past few days have proven her either a partisan hack or a random incompetent. Courts have taken the first opportunity to dismiss each and every one of her previous interpretations of Florida law. In fact, the main job of the Florida judiciary lately has been to rule her wrong, then wrong, and wrong again. Boy, is she ever always wrong. She's now rendered her final opinion -- she's done -- and the court will prepare one final correction to go. Adios, Kate, you're wrong again and you're dismissed. A repost. Her action to deny any future submissions clearly violated Judge Lewis' Tuesday ruling. I don't know if you read that one but Lewis first called her interpretation of Florida law horseshiit. Then he proceeded to shove that horseshiit so far back down her throat that Ms. Harris will be coughing up half-digested haystalks for the next six months. Her peremptory decision not to certify any recounts is made of more of the brown crap that Lewis made her eat. The first court that looks at this will toss it right back. Lewis must be livid.
