That's too bad. Sounds just like California. Our wonderful leaders take such a cavalier attitude towards the value of citizenship. Georgie Anne Geyer has a good book out on this topic Americans No More. Gene McCarthy also has a book on this issue A Colony of the World. Both think we are headed for major social problems as a result of our immigration policy of the last 30 years.
