Sun Tzu,

I can't imagine that this type of suit will have any impact on VSEA presuming that the VSEA and its executives have E&O coverage. I suppose it's remotely possible that an individual VSEA executive could be found liable, but I don't think that would have an effect on the company.
That's my last word on the subject.

Meanwhile, VSEA is selling just below 24. These fire sale prices won't last last much longer IMO.
