These computer cards are fragile
You should look at one of the cards before displaying your ignorance. The chads that have not been touched are pretty stable. Even the chads which have been skewered by a stylus have a hard time falling off. That's whey there are hanging chads. It's the hanging chads that fall off in recount and they only affect machine counts. That's why hand counts are preferred for accuracy.
