PSIX has great assets. However, it looks like this is a buyer's marketplace ...not a seller's marketplace right now. PSIX looks to have their back against the wall and must down size quickly. They have taken some write downs of goodwill in the 3 rd qtr to attempt to bring the asset base in line with more current values. Maybe we can get some numbers out here to start to determine what the sells price of these assets might be.
