If submitting to and paying for continued Liberal corruption is the only way to evade a religiously repressive regime then i would choose it as the least evil, partly in the hope that they would also continue in the only wise course for a parasite - to refrain from killing the host ... the whacko proponents of myths have not always in the history of the species displayed as many smarts.

However, if what you say is true [and i have heard this elsewhere], then it will continually and forcefully be impressed on Day that he is running for leadership of a nation and not some cult congregation whose members voluntarily come together for mutual support, so that's good ... keep it in the temporal realm and keep it sane and i'll support it.

Point is made above that no one worries about the hinduism of the premier of BC - well that is for two good reasons - 1. he's in the NDP and therefore toast anyway, and 2. hindus are a tiny minority of the province, let alone the nation, so no threat exists of them imposing a myth-based dictatorship on us ... the same is not true of the fundamentalist 'christians', the self-styled 'bornagains', who form a much larger group [don't know the numbers, 5%? 10%?], they are definitely the dominant cult, and they are imho currently the only ones to demonstrate organised political activism to the extent that they form a clear and present danger to liberty.
