I GUARENTEE real ESTATE prices will be down 10%-20% by this time next year. I made my first fortune buying building's from the FDIC. I know Real ESTATE as well as I know QCOM. I am sorry if you dont understand that REAL ESTATE/Stock prices are locked together. Though over a 50 year period the trend might be correct, in the next 1-3 KISS your real Estate ARSE goodbye<g>How will all those DOT.COM ex-miilionaires afford their homes? Or those stock brokers? Less money chasing more inventory(supply demand).
