...Florida's electoral votes probably don't make the Dec12th deadline and Congress appoints the next prez through a vote... There is still a wide difference of opinion as to whether that would be the result. The electoral college is to choose by majority vote. The question is whether the 25 Florida assigned electoral votes would be included in the calculation of the base number for a majority. Regards, Don
