Please post a URL to the rules of how ballots are counted.

I wanna see the minutia details. Everyone one of them.

And I wanna see what happens when there is a dispute.

And I wanna see what happens when, after all this handling, the dimples turn into holes, and the chads so firmly in place when this process started, start falling out.

And I wanna see how a write-in candidate and a punch out for one/the other are counted.

My point? There are NO HOMOGENOUS RULES FOR HAND COUNTING. NONE.
