You should think of CLECs as a moose herd too large
to be sustained by its environment. It needs to be
thinned in order to allow the stronger animals to survive.
The end game is becoming clearer and clearer by the day:
the survivors will include all or a subset of: MCLD,
XOXO, ALGX, WCII and TWTC. The weak sisters appear to be
ESPI, ELIX, CLEC, ARTT, TGNT, and PACW. Of these
ARTT has a lot of spectrum and an interesting strategy,
but its ``last mover strategy'' (terminology coined by
MangoBoy) may be too little to late. Too bad, since
its spectrum holdings are impressive.
