Hi Roger, Yes I did receive it as email, I also did not see it on any newswires. Just wondering, does an "update" have to be a "news release"? ie Would the fact that the company has communicated with some shareholders ( its email list ) automatically mean that it had to issue a "news release" for all to see. I could have called Warren Sunday and got some info, does that mean he has to tell everybody what he told me.(When I phoned him early Friday, he told me to phone back over the weekend, obviously with the expectation of being able to give me good news, I never saw our Friday conversation reported anywhere).I realise that a lot of companies release news with nowhere near as much content as this one , but what I am getting at is this, was this a "news release" and more importantly, if not, why not.As I said, just wondering. Interested to here your thoughts. Regards Ray
