I think Harris is going to win the court ruling tomorrow AM. I plan to buy calls ahead of it for a short term trade; probably buying puts and calls on the QQQs and seeing which way the market reacts to the decision. I think a ruling against Gore will cause the market to go up significantly--maybe a 100 points from the time of the decision.

Just image the gains that can be made on speculative November options; hardly any time value. I plan to go about $2 to $3 on either side of the QQQ (puts and calls). I might pick a stock instead of the QQQs if I can find one with less implied volality.

I am betting that there is a 90% change of Harris getting the decision tomorrow at 10 am. That is why the calls might be better but I will probably buy both calls and puts.
