You'd have to ask the guy who stole it,but I'd assume it would help if you wanted to cleanly punchout a whole [#@%]load of ballots.* What is the point to cleanly punching chad for votes? It becomes more than a little suspicious if bunches of cleanly sheared chadless votes show up for Gore on the Under Vote tables. It is not credible that they would appear from nowhere despite the close supervision of the whole process.
