What country are you living in? A lack of morals didnt seem to hurt Clinton's approval ratings.

And the law that bush signed containing the hand count was a 200 page bill, containing among other things 40 pages on the technical minutae of district apportionment. If you think the governor reads every detail of every bill he signs, you're crazy.
