It's a simple matter of law, which says that you don't read into what was said, and think about what was meant by what wasn't said.

If the Court had intended to shut down Harris, they would have done so today. They didn't.

Quit listening to Daley, and think for yourself. In the end, we're looking to see where this is going, not where Daley wants it to go.
