Maybe we should hire a cadre of psychologists to determine the intention of the voters? Or maybe psychics? The psychic hotline could be for hire. At least we should consider using Ouija Boards and Magic Eight Balls, that would be more objective than what is contemplated now.

I can see it now - "Magic Eight Ball, is this a vote for Gore?"

Eight Ball - "Signs point to yes."
