I've got one missing factor. I understand that the precincts used for the 1% test, were 19 to 1 for Gore, far greater than the average precinct in Palm Beach County..but I don't know what the average is as I write and counting pregnant chads now might balance that out, I doubt it though. We might find it would be very close. Six of the, I believe, "CHAD" counties in Bush's column have been hand-counted already, too. Gore, in general is certain to have fewer gains outside of that county, IMO.

Hey, if we don't watch out, this might get close!
