"Corio Inc. - Corio Inc. was sold because acceptance of the Company's Application Service Provider (ASP) offerings have been slower than expected. Because and ASP is a new method of delivering software and services, it involves greater than expected missionary selling before customers decide to commit. Furthermore, the Company has exposure to pure .com companies, some of which may have difficulty paying Corio for services rendered"
