The higher maximum junction temperatures indicate that the ThumperBurn burns more heat than can conventionally be removed from the IC package - leading to excessive junction temperatures.

The device does operate at those temperatures - no argument there.

Now - on Monday, you will have your own new spin on the Pentium 4 clock speed and power dissipation and junction temperature issue - where what was good and great for AMD will be just the opposite for Intel.

We all look forward to your treatise on what "is" is.
