Florida law doesn't call for select re-counts in counties which dramatically favor one candidate. And hand-recounts in Palm Beach County should only happen when a legitimate reason has been established. None has been given. Democrats have fraudulently claimed the machines didn't work (from what I've heard). So the next logical question is, Where is the evidence? Gore still has hope in the overseas ballot count. But if he intends to be the first court appointed President, I wouldn't hold my breath, even though all 7 Florida Supreme court justices are Democrats.
