Despite Rod Love's best efforts, a vote for Stockwell Day (in the minds of too many Canadians IMO) is a vote against the Liberals and the status quo, not a vote for the Alliance. I'll repeat what I said before, Stockwell has burst upon the national scene as unproven in Ottawa and too short a C.V. to be Prime Minister of Canada. Four successful years as Leader of the Opposition should give a majority of Canadians (particularly in Central Canada) reason to vote for him, not against the Liberals.
