When I listened to the UBS Warburg Aware's presentation they talked about next year. With the increase of shipments by the ADSL chipset makers being predicted to double or better next year they expect some price erosion. That should be of help to EFNT in cutting costs. Also more chip makers will be bringing chip to market.

If you're an AWRE investor this erosion has no effect since it doesn't effect their royalty stream since they get paid on a per chip shipped basis.

AWRE has Lucent, Infineion, & ADI shipping at this time and expects more of their customers to be shipping early 2001, such as NEC, Intel, Legarity (AMD spinoff) and others. So the the chip supply should increase as prices decrease.
