David, I agree to a point. However, I also think that the orders are picking up. I remember when I used to work in sales for Technology companies. Orders would be announced but they would'nt ship until another point in the future for one reason or another. I think that is what is happening with FSI. The only positive thing I have seen out of this stock is that they are going to loose quite a bit of money this quarter, yet the stock has rebounded. Frankly, I thought we would see this stock back in the 11 to 12 price range with this quarters earnings announcement.

This stock has continued to baffle me. When will things really pick up for this company? Are the glory days of $30 a share like in 1995 over? I am really beginning to wonder. I realize that FSI does'nt really compete with companies like AMAT, LRCX, LSI, KLAC. But if you look at these stocks and many other semi stocks you will notice that they have more than doubled from their lows of last year. FSI just sits there. When times are down that is when it is time to make moves to grow the business. Aquire competition. FSI has done absolutely nothing for a long time. With that type of management approach, it makes a guy like me think that maybe they are trying to position themselves out the market.

How does FSII stack up with their competition at this point? Are they gaining or loosing marketshare at this point?
