Bernard,
If you were advising WCII, would you take an equity or debt position in ARTT? I am proposing because of the spectrum ARTT controls. WCII at one time held 7% of the ARTT common and paid a lot more money then today's price. Possibly, their is too much bad blood from the circumstances of WCII's purchase 3 years ago. Thanks in advance for your comments.
