Here's a new Africa and AIDS article. The later sections on the economy are interesting. My take is that it will be "years" but not too many before collapse is inevitable. fortune.com Your comments on Rome are interesting. Ceasar must cross his Rubicon. A government which is all Republican is NOT in his interest and the desire of Republicans to take revenge would be too strong. The events in Israel and the surrounding countries will make a national emergency likely and he'll have his "third term" and be welcomed for it especially if no one can succeed him. Any opinions?
