Baltimore Orioles Major League Baseball franchise to upgrade and enhance the
real-time player scouting application developed and implemented by Quantum a

The enhanced application would allow Oriole scouts the capability of providing
complete real-time statistics, game logs, and scouting reports on athletes in
their player pool. This access will be available to the Oriole nationwide
