"Darkest before"

I'm relaxed we'll get the UK license and soon.

I'm not relaxed at the lack of interest and being
beaten up on the stock.

But, then we'll announce a distribution partner.

Then we will get some 3-6 million pounds in cash
(my guess) - 6-12 million Cdn.

That this will happen isn't wishful thinking or guessing.
We either do this soon or go in the toilet. That's what
I meant by things coming to a head.

Part of the deal will be an early shipment of Pennsaid
to start filling the channel. My guess is 50,000
Pennsaid. My guess again is 20% of a wholesale UK
pharmacy selling price around 45 pounds. Thats close
to $20 Cdn and about 1,000,000 in revenue first shipment.

Two parts of the UK deal mentioned were 1. Pennsaid is the
flagship product (in arthritis) and 2. Criteria from being
selected among the finalists is ability to market quickly.

Make no mistake that current arthritis marketers both
here and abroad will do what can be done to stop, slow
down, and fight a new product.

Anyone interested in aquiring the company will pound it
down first to tenderize it.

I can't remember Rebecca saying anything more pointedly
than that we will get the UK final soon.

When we do, they can all bite me.

We'll have good cash and a revenue stream that will expand
as MCA does the paperwork in other EU countries.

If at this EXTREMELY late juncture, MCA changes its mind
on a proven safe topical cream in a market that already
has approved topical creams - we'll all be picking up
the pieces.

The sub-comittee has already recommended to the main
committee. Precedence exists.

I say we get it and move on up after all of our hair
has fallen out.

PS - the petition to change Stockwell Day's name to Doris
now has 4% of Canadians signed up. If the Alliance wins
(shudder) they're going to have to deal with Canada's
sense of humour.

(I believe there's a message in there).
