Based on the global partnerships etc, i would suggest a company like Nortel, they have the ability to execute the rollout in the countries where NHC has the partners.

Again, a 1 for 1 share swap would seem to be pretty fair game. That would be CDN$55 or so; 20 million shares for NT is a sneaze. Better then that, it is a good deal for all. The long term appreciation will accrue if we do a large deal like this.
