I'm sorry to post this again but it really is the most astounding thing I have read about the election.

reagan.com

This is a statistical look at the Palm Beach vote and the huge number of double punched votes that Democrats claim were due to the butterfly ballot.

But the errors occurred only in the presidential race and seem to have effected Republican voting more.

The odds that this happened by random error are zero.

The author concludes that 45,000 ballots were fraudulently double punched for Gore and possibly mistakenly for Buchanan after they were stacked and before they were submitted for tally. Those already for Gore would remain Gore votes while those for other candidates would be invalidated. His conclusion is that Bush lost 16,000 votes.

This would be easily determined by examining the double-punched ballots and seeing if there was a huge number of ballots where there was voting for predominantly Republicans except in the presidential vote where a double punch negated a Bush vote. Palm Beach county was the only county where Congressional races OUTDREW the presidential race. There seems to have been about 15,000 Republicans that didn't want to vote for the Rebublican presidential nominee, consistent with his earlier numbers.

What am I missing? Has this been debunked? And why if it hasn't isn't this the biggest story of the whole election mess?
