Roger, Some answers, probably more questions.

Celtic deal - last time I spoke to Warren, not dead yet, talking about an extension to arrange financing. Wish there had been some mention of it in there latest communique.(that covers update and release)

$150,000 financing - I also dont think they have much money, but not sure how much working capital they need. Think the directors get paid shares. Must find out how long $150,000 will last.Must find out how well Howell is funded. Must find out how/when Howells earnings are attributed back to TQT.

Phantom release - Assuming it wasn't a release, the only good reason I can think of for not releasing it is that they don't want to have to renounce it later if it doesn't happen. Most of the news was should be /could be/ will be. When it happens then it should be a release.

I think I am going to go against your earlier advice and buy some more shares tomorrow.At this price it is hard to resist. Belarus is good, Pillipines I have heard about for a while and should be good. South America sounds like a big step . Central America sounds neutral until the quote turns into an order. Not sure what to think of Network Programs (more questions). Hope Celtic goes through but not banking on it, but at least these guys are trying like hell to build a profitable company and are aware of share price. (still think these guys get paid in shares.)
Gotta get some sleep and make my decision in the morning.
