DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2000--The Board of Directors of
iDial Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:IDNW) announces clarification of the
previously announced 2 for 1 forward split of the Company's common
stock.
All shareholders of Record, at the close of business on Wednesday,
Nov. 15, 2000 ("Record Date") will receive one (1) share for each
share held. This dividend will now be payable on Tuesday, Nov. 21,
2000 ("Distribution Date").
All shares will trade post split at the opening of business
Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2000 ("Ex-Date").
To further clarify, the "Record Date" is the date of settlement on
all shares purchased. The "Distribution Date" is the day the shares
electronically arrive in the shareholders account and "Ex-Date" is the
date the shares become tradable.
