Richard, Thanks for the reit's list. Will check them out. I read your post on FFO's instead of P/E's. Is reit's a good long term investment or are they something that has to be watched? Where can I find information on what to watch for as an indicator for selling? I'm also interested in mutual funds. Maybe you can help, do you know where to look for a fund that invest in a particular industry or catagory of stock. Like a index of industry or catagory. You have been very helpfull. Thanks again.
