Bernard - since you gave me only good-natured grief on PCTR when it didn't go up significantly right away (from .30 offer), I'll give you one more chance <g>. They announced a profitable quarter, with the help of a one-time gain, but it showed that their burn rate is VERRY low. Take one last look at their last 3 PR's - some HUGE stuff there, it's not too late to get in at 15/32. The MM bids are just beginning to pile up on Level II. Just my opinion, and don't forget I'm biased because it's my second largest position (average cost around $1.50, I think). I won't post about it again here except I reserve the right to come back just once to gloat <VBG>. -Eric
