Hahn now calling for capitulation low next week followed by strong rally.

Don Hays still talking about NAZ below 2000 within 2 months. He bases that prediction on the behavior of the Nikkei in 1990.

But regardeless of the short-term action this bear market probably will not end for many months. In the past bear markets (as opposed to bull market correction) generally did not end until the economy was in recession. That is not likely to happen until the second half of 2001.
