OT Did anybody notice how the markets surged ahead when the circuit judge ruled that the "hand counted ballots do not need to be included in the total." That the Florida Secretary of State acted in accordance of the law. Not only did the markets surge, Rambus shoot up nearly 5 points. Then the Gore appeals were mentioned and all gains in the NAZ, DOW, and Rambus dropped like a rock. God help us if Gore gets in!
