Harry, A win by recounting all of the votes would satisfy Als camp, because he said so, and would terminate all of the lawsuits and put an end to this. For Gw to rule effectively, he needs a mandate, and an end to the bickering. I see no other long term solution. But that's like saying Gore wins if he wins any single recount, but Bush needs to win all the recounts to win. Don't you think it is a double standard? It is a double standard that media will make for Gore, but why should the Republicans buy it? The media will march the spineless weasels like Gergen and Rollins in front of cameras to make this point for them. Of course these 2 (Rollins and Gergen) will be discarded shortly after they lent credibility to Gore's PR ploy. Joe
