"Getting one of those on is a lot easier if you can work the holding arms without the PTO turning. Be damn careful around that PTO, they like to grab loose clothing and break bones." Mebbe that's why it has a nice little screw on cap which covers the shaft. Intuitively I don't care much for the tricycles.
