Hi Gary:

The problem is that ARTT needs cash for its service
deployment. If WCII were to take an equity position
in ART, it could lose it all if ART declares Chapter 11.
I have no idea if the ART debt is traded, but if it is
or if any of the current holders wants out,
I would follow this path. The problem is probably that
a debt holder would want cash and not WCII equity,
and I would hate to see WCII give away any money at this
time.
