That offer still exists.The company is trying to retain 100% ownership of this project.So far they have been able to raise the capital themselves and have declined advances from big brother.
This may change in the future if they have trouble raising more $$$,but they keep adding to the resource and have started drilling higher grade targets as well.

OT: I have been told that GM has made overtures to 3 Juniors in the last week.All involved in the hunt for PGE's SRU,Mustang minerals and I don't know the third.
Also an article should be coming out in the Wall Street journal in the next week or so that talks about the search for PGE's that is going on in Canada.A reporter was up at the Rankin mining conference last week.Some juniors may be mentioned.I think it is a given they will talk about PDL.
