Clark, politically the Republicans got burned by the Impeachement so I think they would, especially with narrow majorities, leave things be.

SI PC police will probably delete this, but the US, for domestic political reasons has to support Israel. Why this is, with an approximate 1% co-religionist population with Israel, I will leave to the readers.

However, if you are Al Gore, can you afford ever to say no to a certain foreign government?

I have thought for some time that Clinton would create a crisis so that he would not have to leave office. If that happens, there may be blood in the streets. I pray it doesn't come to that
