It sure will! What a mess it will be if Harris certifies Bush as the winner tomorrow and then next week the Supreme Court orders the hand count totals included. The Supreme Court said hand recounts can continue. To now say Harris can ignore the result would be a bit inconsistent, imo. Why let them keep counting if it's not going to count? ... Mezz - What a cluster####!
