These ASICs are designed internally by Cisco and foundried at IBM. It is
the ceramic packaging they are having a hard time getting. This is the
same problem AMCC is experiecing.

AMCC's focus in on ASSPs (Standard products that can be sold to multiple
customers) not ASICs (one design for a specific customer).

As for the OC192 design you asked about - all I can say is that Cisco is
a customer of ours and we do have OC192 design wins but we do not
disclose specific design wins by customer (i.e. what platform).
