Should be some interesting shells amongst the dead, boat loads of tax loss carry forwards, and yet many haven't been around long enough or have done anything to create any "liabilities" (product liability, waste disposal, environmental and the kind of stuff attributed to a real as opposed to virtual company, other than shareholder suits. mad2
