AMD's share of $1K-1.5K went from 3%in May to 22.3% in Sept
AMD managed to break out of the budget PC market with Athlon, its desktop PC chip that surpassed the Pentium III in terms of performance. The company's share of the $1,000 to $1,500 PC market at retail went from 3 percent in May to 22.3 percent in September, according to Stephen Baker, an analyst at PC Data.

Assuming that its true, and I have no reason to think its not true, I would have thought the stock price would have reflected such a significant increase in the main part of the PC market.

I hope a few of the analysts see this lastest data....of course it doesn't help that its buried in with all the P4 info.
