There is a post on Raging Bull containing an article from the Arizona Republic which says that Qwest will stop marketing digital TV in Phoenix because they are losing money competing directly against Cox Cable. They will support current customers and offer VDSL with their high-speed internet access, but they are cutting back their marketing based on TV services. ragingbull.altavista.com
