I don't know the facts about Florida as he seems to, but his assessment is consistent with what I have seen in numerous other jurisdictions. I've been a member of the Louisiana bar, am now a member of the Virginia and Maryland bars, and have handled administrative cases before state and federal agencies. This is not the type of case that gets reversed, it's almost unheard of.
